Solved several problems today that should have never been problems to begin with. I’m looking at you, @GetSpectrum. One bad rep took 8 hours of my time between phone calls and service apts & no one could figure out the problem or cared enough to. 🤬

@badwebsites I imagine the @GetSpectrum outage in Kentucky is quite widespread and extends to all storm-affected areas. It's pretty rare for us to lose internet from a storm, but not power. @Ask_Spectrum how widespread is the outage, and how much longer do you expect the 502 to be affected?

@Ask_Spectrum why is the internet still out in 40118 27 hours after a tiny bit of wind? I haven't even seen trucks out here. Is everyone going to get a credit for the 1 day and counting with no internet? No one can give me a good reason other than "there is an outage in your area

@Ask_Spectrum not sure what you did to the Apple TV app with the latest update, but your service is unbelievably bad. Blurry image, terrible lag between video and audio (sometimes by 2-3 seconds). You need to fix this trash.

@Ask_Spectrum Just voicing a frustration, we have a technician on the way already. Unbelievable that you all have a monopoly on ISP services in this area and routinely can’t provide a consistent service. It’s nearly 2022 for crying out loud. Be better
