@VZWSupport 75 minutes on hold and the gal just keeps repeating what I said back to her and saying no supervisors on duty.......Does @GetSpectrum use verizon towers....maybe their customer service is better on same towers.

@GetSpectrum your app is a hot piece of garbage that apparently I need to change my password every day to get into and today it tells me I’m set and still can’t log in. Oh and thanks for not showing up to fix my cable card

@Ask_Spectrum spectrum app is having issues with the watch live on tv function again. Sends wrong channel to cable box for many channels. Tried syfy(65) and it puts USA(30) on. Worked for msnbc, but most others it seems to mix up. Happened before. Have tried signing out
